Problem: Show how you would stop a cat and a dog from fighting.

ZoŽ Nasatyr, 7
Here, the cat and dog are fighting until a "child or baby"
comes along and pulls their tails - then the cat and dog are
united in fighting the child or
baby.

Clova Stuart-Hamilton, 10
Some of the text is a little hard to read here, so:
1. "Smear your dog with cat food." (There is a little
pot of "fishy treet".)
2. "Smear your cat with dog food." (There is a little
pot of "doggie licks".)
3. "Leave them alone as they scent each other's food..."
The result is plain to see.

Sophy Griffiths, 5; Matthew Griffiths, 7
The dog dives into a pond full of milk. The cat is waiting
to lick the dog clean when it emerges. This should form
a friendly bond between the pair. The fez that the cat is
wearing may also help.

Simon Holland, 10
Mutual co-operation - the dog hunts fish for the cat
with the underwater gun while the cat holds up a
butcher to get bones for the dog. Also, a Plan B is
provided. Fantastic.

Helen Hills, 9
The dog is suspended in a well, a string leading out
onto a platform, on which stands the cat. Banging the
drum naturally causes the dog to shake about. The cat
assumes that the vibrating string leads to a mouse,
pulls it, and inadvertantly rescues the dog from the
well. (The dog has thoughtfully been starved so that
the cat doesn't hurt its mouth in the process.) The
dog is very grateful to the cat, and so they become
firm friends.
